We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Currently, Purse Clothing Company ships globally. Shipping costs a flat rate of $20. Orders that exceed $20 in shipping may be declined and you will have to reduce the number of items in your cart. Please note that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in International shipping costs and will be additionally added to the cost of each order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and verification. Please note that shipping will halt between December 23rd January 1st for the holiday break.
