This sweater is designed to allow for more movement in the arm and shoulder, making it more suitable to be worn playing sports or engaging in recreational activities. A raglan sleeve is a sleeve that extends in one piece fully to the collar, leaving a diagonal seam from underarm to collarbone. This style is shorter in the body than traditional cut sweaters, thus given the name “shrunken”, sits nicely over high waisted pants.
